Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 20 days BEFORE the check-in date and receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellations less than 20 days are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages to the property and/or for additional cleaning deemed necessary beyond normal use.
Smoking and Pet Policy: To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the villas.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music, events and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of 500 euros is required at the time of check-in and refunded at departure, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Upon booking, guests automatically agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. Additionally, the host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
